We’ve updated our cleaning routine to reduce risks of infections in our property, these include, but are not limited to:
1.- 24 hours between guests
2.- Clean, & disinfect: Detergent and soap are being used for surfaces, special care to door handles, tables, light switches, doorknobs, railings, books, remote controls, faucet handles, hairdryer, keys, garbage bin, blind chains, sinks, appliances, toilets, shower doors, etc. Afterwards we’re spraying sanitizing spray

-Electricity consumption is not included in the rate and will be charged on the day of arrival($10 USD per night).
-Late Check-In: A fee of $25 USD will be charged for any check-in after 6 pm, this a has to be paid in cash upon arrival to our Concierge. Please make an accurate description of the number of staying.
