The old saying in real estate about “location, location, location” proves especially true for Casa Medusa. This Spanish Colonial home–with excellent southern sun & light–located on best location right in Downtown!

Rarely does a home in San Miguel offer stunning terraces with views from the entrance-level and living. Casa Medusa enjoys open exposure, offering unparalleled natural light and sunshine, as well as protected vistas.

Every bedroom (4 bedrooms) boasts luxurious bathrooms with distant views or private balconies, while guests enjoy oversized rooftop terrace and wonderful vies, Casa Medusa overwhelms even the most discerning traveler with a penchant for entertaining in style.

Prime Real Estate comes with its perks, you are just walking distance to every single restaurant, coffee shop, Church and entertainment venue within steps.

San Miguel is a walking town, it takes 2 minutes to walk from Casa de Medusa to the main plaza "El Jardin " and " La Parroquia" (Curch) .
We have a crew of drivers that you can hire for day trips and excursions from San Miguel.

Getting Around in San Miguel De Allende:

"El Charco" botanical gardens which I highly recommend to visit is just 12 minutes away by car.
There are wonderful paths to walk and view the canyons, the regional flora and ecosystems, there's a great restaurant with good food and drinks.

Casa Medusa is rented to one party at a time and no parties or events are permitted without prior authorization.

If there's a special service that you required which is not mentioned here, let us know.
Expat Hangouts
If you’re coming to San Miguel de Allende for an exploratory trip—or even just a vacation—
you’ll soon see that there are expats all over town. And there are some popular hangouts
where you can go to meet people.
Hank’s has New Orleans cuisine and a great happy-hour bar scene. (Calle Hidalgo #12.)
You’ve never seen a Starbucks like the one in a restored colonial building, complete with
shaded, plant-filled courtyard, on the northwest corner of the Jardín. Good WiFi, too. (Calle
Canal #3.)
Fábrica La Aurora (http://fabricalaaurora.com/) is a former textile factory turned massive
art space, housing galleries and workshops. Mexican and expat artists are featured. And there
are cafés and restaurants, as well. It’s the site of many special events. You can take classes
from some of the artists, too.
The expat-founded Biblioteca Pública (http://bibliotecasma.com/) is a library, bookshop,
café, movie theater, and performing arts space that has been around for more than 50 years.
