Granted, there are many different vacation rental property managers, so understandably you may be questioning what is distinctive about our company. The answer is we are owners too! We care about our property and guest as well, we highlight what we do best: Generate abounding vacation rentals for your property (both in quantity and quality). Repeatedly, many owners remark that they never even had bookings in the off‐season before switching to us. How do I book a home?

You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the “check availability box” to the left. Or you can call our office at 1.323.345.4632 and a receptionist will be glad to help you.


Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.


Can I bring my pet with me?
We offer several homes, some of which allow pets and some do not. You can either look at our properties online by clicking on the “vacation rentals” tab above and see if the home you are looking at allows pets. Or you can call our office at 1.323.345.4632 and a receptionist would love to help find a home that is just right for you and your pet.


What are the benefits of a vacation home rental?
Our vacation homes are stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming “home” to your “vacation home” rather than returning to a small hotel room. Our homes have full kitchens, with some homes having game rooms, hot tubs and BBQ grills. You will be able to enjoy a full service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.


Do the children count in the maximum occupation?
In general, children under 2 years of age do not count towards maximum occupancy.


What is the procedure for check-out?
Check-out is 10:00 am. You can contact our our office at (322) 113 0313 / USA-Canada: +1 323 345 4632 or email us at two days prior to your departure to schedule a time for your check-out. A My PV Rentals concierge will meet you at the property you have rented and he will proceed to do the following before you leave:
  • Collect all key sets.
  • Verify each room of the property.
  • Take your general comments.
  • Take note of any problems you might have had during your stay.

If you need to make special arrangements please call us one day before your departure to see how we can accommodate you. Late check-out needs to be approved only by My PV Rentals staff.


Do I have to check-in at a certain time?

Check-in time is between 02:00 PM to 06:00 PM onwards. A late check-in fee of $25 USD will be charged for any check-in after 06:00 p.m. this amount has to be paid in cash upon arrivals.


Can I check-out later than the agreed time?

You can only check-out later if there are no reservations for that night. An extra commission, plus taxes, must be paid.


What is the difference between a reservation deposit and a security deposit?

A reservation deposit is a designated amount of money that validates the booking and usually goes toward the total rental amount. A security deposit is an amount above and beyond the total rental fees and is viewed as insurance in case damages are incurred during a guest’s stay.
